Value for money is exceptional, with prices starting at just $21 a night. The rooms are clean and have contemporary amenities, providing a comfortable stay. The hotel is conveniently located close to the center of Fort Portal, but at the same time, it offers a peaceful and secluded atmosphere.
No mention of any negative aspects.

The hotel was located amidst beautiful scenery and nature. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. The staff was helpful and accommodating to our needs. Another advantage of staying here was the availability of free Wi-Fi and a swimming pool to enjoy during the day.
The hotel was let down by the slow service, especially in the restaurant. The food was not up to our expectations and was quite expensive.

The hotel's location is slightly outside of the city center, but it offers a peaceful and secluded atmosphere. the gardens are magnificent, and the lawns offer an excellent space for outdoor meetings. the food is good, especially the chicken dishes.
The water pressure in the rooms is low and inconsistent.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Fort Portal. The attention to detail and value for money were exceptional. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with the softest linen. Additionally, the hotel's location slightly outside of the city center provided a peaceful and secluded atmosphere.
No improvement needed, all was perfect!

the surroundings of the hotel were beautiful with well, maintained greenery all around, making it very serene and peaceful. the food was great with ample choices available on the menu. the location was slightly outside the main city but was perfect for a relaxing atmosphere.
Inadequate Hot Water and Poor Breakfast Juice hot water for bathing was very poor most of the time, and this made the stay a bit uncomfortable. the continental breakfast served included watered, down juice that did not satisfy my taste buds.

Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met. The rooms were equipped with contemporary amenities and had the softest linen, making for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Lastly, the breakfast provided had a wide variety of options and was satisfyingly filling.
All was great, no improvements needed.
